The confirmed stall(s) will be handed over to you on 09/02/2024 at 7 PM. Kindly make necessary arrangements in advance for the shipment of the machinery. The Expo commences on February 10th at 10 AM at Kinfra International Exhibition cum Convention Centre, Kakkanad, Ernakulam. The program will conclude by February 13th at 6 PM.
We offer an A/C stall, including one table, two chairs, one electric point, and one power point (power charge free up to 5 hp/3.5 KW connected load). Lunch, tea, and snacks will be provided for two persons per stall/exhibitor. Additionally, we have arranged equipment such as a forklift, crane (max 12T), and hand pallet truck for loading and unloading of machinery proposed for exhibition.
Please note that the free loading/unloading facility is available only from February 09th, 7 PM, to 10th, 10 AM. To ensure hassle-free transportation, keep documents like E-way bill, delivery challan, etc., as stipulated by the GST department and this confirmation letter.
As disposables like plastic PVC flex and single-use plastic items are banned in Kerala, please cooperate with us to follow the green protocol in the event.
