Refund & cancellation policy:
Exhibitors may cancel booked stalls and fees paid until 26/01/2024, 12:00 AM, by sending an email to us.
Upon cancellation, we will transfer the stall fee, including GST, to the account provided by the exhibitors.
For cancellations between 26/01/2024 and 01/02/2024, only 50% of the fee will be refunded.
No cancellations are allowed after 01/02/2024.
In the event of the organizing committee rejecting the booking, the stall fee shall be refunded to the applicant.
Refunds will be initiated only after the completion of the program. Please note this information.
